Circular

The revised and final list of students for Internship Programme during Summer Vacation is given below. They are required to prepare a report day-wise during the training for onward submission to the Department for evaluation under the subject Code 58601, “Industrial Training (Industry Oriented Mini-Project)” in Final Year II Semester. The report will be evaluated for 50 Marks.      

All the students who were selected need to submit the following to the undersigned.

1.    Photo copy of their resume in the prescribed format.

2.    Undertaking form by the student and by the Parent.

On submission of the above documents, the student will be issued Bonafide Certificate.

The students proceeding for internship should carry the following with them without fail.

1.    Bonafide Certificate

2.    True copy of Resume

3.    Identity Card

4.    Passport Size photographs - 4 No’s

5.    Photocopies of Marks Memos of I year and II Year I Semester

After successful completion of internship, the students are instructed to submit a photo copy of Certificate issued by the Trainee Organisation. 

If any student is unwilling to attend the Internship Programme, they may communicate the same to the undersigned immediately.
